I'm probably one of the last people on earth to get one of these beauties, got it just a couple of days ago to complete my lens set. (for the time being) Initial impressions are mind-blowing, I managed at least 25-30% rate of 'sharp' photos at the 200-300mm range as opposed to my previous dismal rates of 5-10% photos at low-light conditions (hoping to attend a free outdoor concert at the Esplanade soon to really test it out).
